When you go to work knowing that you will meet there people with whom you will spend a pleasant time, can be more motivating. The opposite is to go to work where nothing appears welcoming, this condition reflecting on your personal performances. So, having a colleague as friends will keep you happy, and productive, as multiple studies show. So just wipe them off and focus on your life, imagined from your perspective. Thus, choose people that will accept you the way you are, without trying to improve you or your life in their way.
